Product Description
The Omron CQM1H-CPU21 (CQM1HCPU21) is a CQM1 control module with input output points. The control module has a total input output capacity of 256 points, with the number of output points at 16 (DC). The CQM1H-CPU21 has a program capacity calculated by words is 3.2,000 words, while its DM capacity is 3,000 words. This control module does not support inner boards and controller link modules.On the right of the face of the CQM1H-CPU21 input output control module there is a peripheral port. This port connects the CPU to a programming device or personal computer; also, this port also supports a host link. A personal computer may be connected to the CPU21’s RS-232C port, which is directly below the peripheral port, as well.
The CQM1H-CPU21 can be the CPU control module for Omron’s flexible system configuration. Mounted on a DIN track (no mounting structure needed), the CPU control module can be linked via the integrated connectors, accompanied with sliders that allow the module to secure easily. End covers may also be furnished on either end of the configuration. Other units that may be joined to the CQM1H-CPU21 are as follows: a power supply unit, a controller unit, input output control modules, and dedicated input output control modules.
The CPU models of Omron have three different types of interrupts: Input interrupts, interval timer interrupts, and high speed counter interrupt. The input interrupt is carried out to react to input with an external genesis, this has a maximum of 4 inputs. The interval interrupt is a scheduled interruption demarcated by an internal timer, this interruption has a maximum of 3 timers. The high-speed counter interrupts which interrupts based on two types of comparisons: target value comparison and range comparison.
