Product Description
The Omron CQM1-TC201 (CQM1TC201) is a CQM1 series temperature control module. The temperature control module has many types of input sensors. Their names are K, J, T, L, R, S, and B. Their ranges are as follows: ‘K’ is -200 to 1,300 degrees Celsius, ‘J’ is -100 to 850 degrees Celsius, ‘T’ is -200 to 400 degrees Celsius, ‘L’ is -100 to 850 degrees Celsius, ‘R’ and ‘S’ are both 0 to 1,700 degrees Celsius, and ‘B’ is 100 to 1,800 degrees Celsius. These sensors control the temperatures which the CQM1-TC201 inputs for the thermocouple that it may connect with. This module also has four control loops.When being placed in an Omron configuration, the CQM1-TC201 should be placed next to a CQM1-TC10[]/30[] module and a specialized I/O unit or a CQM1H series CPU module along with a power supply. Once attached to two of the aforementioned module by the connectors suitably integrated on the sides of the module, the sliders may comfortably fasten them together.
The CQM1-TC201 temperature module has an internal current consumption of 190mA at a voltage of 5VDC. The external supply voltage is 24VDC, but can oscillate between +10% and -15% with a current of 30mA. The CQM1-TC201’s output maximum switching power is at the same voltage as the external supply buts its current differs by being 100mA. The outputs leakage current is then 0.1mA and the residual 0.8V. This module also has a heater burnout alarm, which is activated if the alarm is set to 50.0A and is incapacitated if it is set at 0.0A.
