Product Description
The Omron CQM1-TC102 (CQM1TC102) is a CQM1 series temperature control module. The temperature control module can input into the platinum resistance thermometer when it is in an Omron configuration. The configuration in which the module is in needs a power supply and a CPU controller module from the CQM1H series. Abutting the CQM1-TC102 should be an end cover and on the other side, a CQM1-TC00[]/20[] module may be connected. Modules can be connected by the connectors found on all Omron modules. Modules can then be fastened to one another by the sliders on them.The CQM1-TC102 has to input sensor types: the JPt and the Pt sensors. Both of these sensors have a temperature point range between -99.9 and 450.0 degrees Celsius, which is commensurate with -99.9 to 800.0 degrees Fahrenheit. These sensors ensure that the platinum resistance thermometer that the CQM1-TC102 inputs that temperatures remain within the appointed range set. However, parameters may still be set and data may be read for the controllers by the transference of commands. The number of control loops this module has is two and either one or two of the loops may be utilized.
The internal current consumption of the CQM1-TC102 is 220mA at 5VDC. The temperature module’s external power supply is 15mA with the voltage at 24VDC, but the voltage can fluctuate between +10% and -15%. For the output, the maximum switching capacity is 100mA with an equivalent voltage as that of the external power supply. This may have a leakage current of 0.3mA and a residual voltage of 3.0V.
