Product Description
The Omron CQM1-AD042 (CQM1AD042) is a input control module with a built-in power supply from the CQM1 series. The control module has four analog input points. For the voltage input there are three ranges: -10 to 10V, 0 to 10V, and 0 to 5V; the current input spans from 0 to 20mA. The current consumption of the analog input control module is 170mA with a voltage of 5VDC. The resolution for both the voltage and current of the input points are 12 bit binary, 1/4,096. The CQM1-AD042’s input impedance for the voltage is 1 MΩ and for the current, 250Ω. The conversion speed of the analog input is approximately 1.2 milliseconds per point. Lastly, the CQM1-AD042 analog control module’s accuracy depends on the temperature. If the temperature is at the optimal 25 Celsius, it has an accuracy of ±0.5%; if it is between 0 to 55 Celsius, the accuracy is ±1.0%.When placed in the Omron configuration the CQM1-AD042 control module exercises itself in a specialized input output module. It employs a CQM1H series CPU to manage the configuration but it does not need a power supply because it already has one built-in. Then the CQM1-AD042 can create a communication to devices by hooking itself to a K3N[] intelligent signal processor and a K3FK signal transmitter. These devices will can connect and transmit signals with various devices through the aid of the analog input. Also within the configuration, the CQM1-AD042 can attach to the DA022 module because it likewise has a built-in power supply so another separate power supply is not necessary.
