Product Description
The Omron CJ1W-TC102 (CJ1WTC102) is a CJ1 series temperature control module. This control module has a platinum resistance thermometer sensor with two set values. Value ‘0’ correspond with the input type Pt100 and the set value ‘1’ squares with the JPt100 input type. Set values between and including ‘2’ to ‘9’ are not to be set. Both of the two input types of the platinum resistance thermometer control the temperature within the range of -200.0 to 650.0 degrees Celsius (-300.0 to 1,200.0 degrees Fahrenheit).On the top of the CJ1W-TC102 temperature control module are three status indicators. The first indicator is a ‘RUN’ indicator which is a signified by its green light, (when lit) means that the control module is operating as normal. The next indicator is signified by the ‘ERC’, which is red when an error within the module itself has occurred. The last indicator, the ‘ERH’, is red when an error has happened in the CPU module. There is also a removable terminal block on the CJ1W-TC102 which has eighteen screw terminals. There are four input points that are fed to terminals A1-A6 and B1-B6. There are four output points which are generated from terminals A7-A8 and B7-B8. The B9 terminal is a 0V terminal. The last terminal, A9, is a 24V COM (+) terminal.
The CJ1W-TC102 temperature control module can only be applied to the CJ system. The CPU can be fitted to either the CPU rack or expansion module. It can participate with ten other modules in a CPU rack and ten other modules in the expansion backplane for every backplane used.
