Product Description
The Omron C200HS-CPU21-E (C200HSCPU21E) is a C200H series control module with a clock calendar as a standard feature. This control module has a memory capacity of 15.2K words and has a data memory (DM) of 6,144 words for either reading or writing and 512 words for reading only. The supply voltage ranges from 100 to 120 and 200 and 240VAC with a frequency of 50/60Hz. The C200HS-CPU21-E has a power consumption of 100VA.For the C200HS-CPU21-E control module with clock calendar to be properly placed in an Omron configuration it must link to certain modules and cassettes. Either the C200HS-MP16K EPROM or C200HS-ME16K EEPROM memory cassette needs to be placed into the control module. The CPU can connect with communication control modules, like the C200HS-SLK12/22 or C200HS-SNT32 and a variety of other link modules, interrupt input modules, high-density input output modules and special input output modules. The CPU21-E control module then needs a backplane that is 3-slots, 5-slots, 8-slots, or 10-slots. When the C200HS-CPU21-E is within a finished configuration it can link to an expansion input output rack by using a C200H-CN[][]1 connecting cable.
The C200HS-CPU21-E control module with a clock calendar has an enclosure rating of IP30 guards the CPU against the ingress of tool or wires and other objects of similar size. The temperature in which the module is in, needs to remain between 0 and 55 degrees Celsius (32 to 131 degrees Fahrenheit) during operations in order that all tasks may continue as normal; however, when it is in storage, it needs to remain between temperatures of -20 to 65 degrees Celsius (-4 to 149 degrees Fahrenheit).
