Product Description
The Mitsubishi MR-J2S-20B (MRJ2S20B) is a Melservo MR-J2 servo amplifier with an output wattage of 200W. There are two power supplies, the control circuit power supply and the main circuit power supply. The voltage of the amplifier’s control circuit power supply is 1-phase that orbits between 200 to 230VAC while the frequency of 50/60Hz. The MR-J2S-20B’s main circuit power supply has either a 3-phase voltage of 200 to 230VAC or a 1-phase voltage of 230VAC. The frequency is at 50/60Hz with a frequency fluctuation of ±5%. The voltage fluctuation traverses from 170VAC to 253VAC. The MR-J2S-20B amplifier has, also, a power consumption of 50W.The MR-J2S-20B servo amplifier has four interfaces, permitting the connection of the peripheral connections. The first interface links to the CN1A connector which hitches to a Mitsubishi motion controller or positioning controller to form a Servo System Control Network (SSCNET) system. The motion controllers are usually between 4 to 32 axis controls (A171SH, Q172, etc.). The positioning controllers are either the A1SD75M or QD75M. The CN2 connector attaches the encoder cable of the employed motor to the MR-J2S-20B amplifier’s interface. The CN1B connector will attach to other amplifiers, particularly MR-J2S-B amplifiers, to create a connection so multiple motors may be managed at once. Lastly the CN3 connector attaches a personal computer to the amplifier so the manufacturing processes may be managed.
The MR-J2S-20B servo amplifier 200W can function with a couple of motors: the HC-KFS-23 and the HC-MFS-23. The HC-KFS-23 is a low inertia motor and the HC-MFS-23 is an ultra-low inertia module.
