Product Description

The Mitsubishi HC-UFS43B (HCUFS43B) is a 400W servo motor with a brake from the Melservo HC series. The current operates usually at 2.8 Amp, but it can run at 9.24 Amp. The speed of the servo motor is 3000rpm (unlike some other of this series which are 2000rpm); it can run at a speed of 4500rpm, and it may even be able to momentarily operate at 5175rpm. The HC-UFS43B servo motor has a moment of inertia that is 0.447 J(x10^-4kg x m^2) or 2.444 J(oz x in^2). This is the case because this specific servo motor has a brake. Then the calculated torque is 1.3 (N x m) or 184.1 (oz x in); but the HC-UFS43B servo motor has an increased torque is 3.8 (N x m) or 538.1 (oz x in).

These four amplifiers, the MR-J2S-40CL, MR-J2S-40CP, MR-J2S-40B, and MR-J2S-40A may be applied to the HC-UFS43B servo motor. This how the connection can be made: first, this connection can be made by attaching the encoder which is in the servo motor to the chosen servo amplifier’s CN2 port. The cable that must be used is the encoder cable. A connection needs to be created between the servo motor and the power supply by connecting to the three screw terminals (U, V, and W) on the selected servo amplifier.

The HC-UFS43B servo motor is of the flat model motor type. This is owing to the fact it is from the HC-UFS series. It is also a servo motor with a medium capacity because it has an rpm of 3000rpm.
