Product Description

The Mitsubishi HC-SFS102B (HCSFS102B) is a 1kW Melservo HC series servo motor with a brake. The usual speed is 2000rpm for this servo motor, but it may achieve a faster speed of 3000rpm. It may even briefly obtain a speed of 3450rpm. The moment of inertia is greater than the regular type is. It is 15.7 J(x10^-4kg x m^2) or 85.8 J(oz x in^2). The current for the HC-SFS102B servo motor with brake is 6.0A, but it may be increased to a current from 18.0A. The torque is normally 4.78 (N x m) or 676.8 (oz x in); it can be augmented to a higher torque of 14.4 (N x m) or 2039.0 (oz x in).

The HC-SFS102B servo motor with a brake may link with the MR-J2S-100A, MR-J2S-100B, MR-J2S-100CL, or MR-J2S-100CP servo amplifiers. This is how the servo amplifiers may be applied. The first way is to attach the servo motor’s encoder with an encoder cable to the CN2 port belonging to the servo amplifier that is chosen. After this connection is secured, the HC-SFS102B servo motor must link to a power supply. Linkage to the power supply is first created by concatenating a power supply cable to the HC-SFS102B servo motor. The connection to the selected servo amplifier is accomplished by making a nexus that issues from the cable mentioned. The wires that come forth then need to be clamped down upon the three screw terminals (the U, V, and W) which are positioned in a row upon the front of any of the applicable servo amplifiers.
