Product Description

The Mitsubishi HC-SFS102 (HCSFS102) is a Melservo HC series servo motor with an output wattage of 1kW. The servo motor has a torque of generally 4.78 (N x m) or 676.8 (oz x in), however, it may have an increased rate that is namely 14.4 (N x m) or 2039.0 (oz x in). The HC-SFS102 servo motor current is also usually 6 Amp, but it is permitted to attain a current of 18 Amp. The HC-SFS102 has a speed of 2000rpm, which can increase to 3000rpm, with a top speed of 3450rpm. The moment of inertia, which is lower than if it had a brake, is 13.7 J(x10^-4kg x m^2) or 74.9 J(oz x in^2). The HC-SFS102 1kW servo motor is both a medium inertia and a medium capacity motor.

Servo Amplifiers

There are four amplifiers, which are the MR-J2S-100CL, MR-J2S-100CP, MR-J2S-100A, and MR-J2S-100B that can be applied to the HC-SFS102 servo motor. This is the method of applying the chosen servo amplifier to the servo motor. The first way is to link the encoder cable which is coming from the encoder that is already integrated within the HC-SFS102 motor. This connection is fulfilled by attaching to the CN2 port from the appointed amplifier. A power supply cable must be utilized to connect with the power supply. This cable is linked with the HC-SFS102 servo motor and the U, V, and W screw terminals which are on the top row of screw incorporated in the front of the deployed amplifier.
