Product Description

The Mitsubishi HC-SF102 (HCSF102) is a Melservo HC series servo motor with an output wattage of 1kW. This servo motor has a torque that appraised to be 4.78 (N x m) or 677 (oz x in). The torque is allowed to attain a rate of 14.4 (N x m) or 2041 (oz x in). The speed is calculated to be 2000rpm and may be increased to 3000rpm. The HC-SF102 speed may be aggrandized at 3450rpm, but this RPM can only be maintained for a short time. The HC-SF102 servo motor has an inertia moment of 13.7 J(x10^-4kg x m^2) or 74.9 WK^2(oz x in^2), the current is 6.0 Amp, but the current may be able to operate at 18.0 Amp.

There is one servo amplifier that can link with the HC-SF102 servo motor, which is the MR-J2S-100A. This is how to connect the two products. Firstly, with the help of the encoder cable, one may link together the CN2 port with the encoder that is integrated within the servo motor. For a power supply connection, the HC-SF102 servo motor must link with a terminal block incorporated within it in order to access this power supply. The connection is created by a power supply cable which primarily links to the servo motor. Then, the other end of the cable splits itself between three terminals which are the U, V, and W.

The HC-SF102 servo motor is a medium or middle capacity motor because its speed is 2000rpm. The servo motor is also a medium or middle inertia motor.
