Product Description

The Mitsubishi HC-MFS23BK (HCMFS23BK) is a 200W Melservo HC series servo motor with a brake and key. The servo motor has a torque set at 0.64 (N x m) or 90.6 (oz x in), but it may also be able to function at 1.9 (N x m) or 269.0 (oz x in). The current which the servo motor habitually runs on is 1.5 Amp, but it may be able to operate at 5.0 Amp. The speed which the HC-MFS23BK servo motor functions at is 3000rpm and on can be increased to 4500rpm. The servo motor may even be allowed to run at a speed for a short time at 5175rpm. The moment of inertia is because it has a brake, is 0.136 J(x10^4kg x m^2) or 0.743 J(oz x in^2).

There are many servo amplifiers that may be secured to the HC-MFS23BK servo motor with brake and key. The servo amplifiers which are appurtenant to this servo motor are the MR-J2S-20A, MR-J2S-20B, MR-J2S-20CP, MR-J2S-20B, and MR-J2S-20CL. There are a couple of means by which the servo motor may attach with these servo amplifiers. The first way that one may attach to the servo amplifier is to link with the CN2 with an encoder cable that is linked with the servo motor’s encoder. The HC-MFS23BK servo motor may also attach using a couple of wires to three screw terminals of the servo amplifier, the U, V, and W terminals.

Also, the HC-MFS23BK servo motor with brake and key has a small capacity and a low inertia. This is due to the fact that it is from the HC-MFS series.
