Product Description
The Mitsubishi MDS-B-V2-3535 (MDSBV23535) is a 7.0kW MDS series servo drive. Since this servo drive is from the MDS-B-V2 series, it has two axes. However, every servo motor may be able to link to either the L-axis or M-axis. This means all specifications may be executed by both axes. There are four servo motors that may be utilized, the: HA103N, HA200N, HA203NL, and HA300NL. The MDS-B-V2-3535 servo drive has a voltage which generates 155V. The current is the 16.0A, but the greatest current allowed is 57.0A.On each axis, there are two ways to link and create unity between the MDS-B-V2-3535 servo drive with the appointed servo motors. In both axes, the servo motor’s encoder will link to a particular port, the CN2L port to the L-axis and the CN2M port to the M-axis. In order for these motors to attain power which is derived from the power supply of the MDS-B-V2-3535 servo drive, the L-axis motor must attach to the servo drive’s LU, LV, and LW terminals and the M-axis motor has to attach with the MU, MV, and MW terminals.
In order to link with other drives, the MDS-B-V2-3535 must unite its CN1A port to the CN1B port on the servo drive that arises from the MDS-B-V1-[] series. To concatenate with the spindle drive on the other side, this servo drive’s CN1B port must link to the spindle drive of the MDS-B-SP[]’s CN1A port. To unite the entire system which the MDS-B-V2-3535 servo drive would be a member of, it must link its L+, L-, L11, and L21 terminals with the same terminals of the spindle drive and servo drive next to it.
