Product Description

The Mitsubishi MDS-CH-V1-90 (MDSCHV190) is a MDS series servo drive with an output wattage of 9kW. The servo drives voltage for the power supply extends from 380-480VAC with a frequency of 50/60Hz. The voltage is nevertheless permitted to have an augmented voltage range of 342 to 560VAC. The servo drives frequency is permitted to oscillate between +3% and -3% with the power supplies current is 0.1 Amp. The MDS-CH-V1-90 servo drives output has a voltage of 456VAC with a current of 18.0A. The input of the servo drive has a voltage that spans from 513-648VDC and a current of 19.0 Amp.

There are multiple ports on the MDS-CH-V1-90 servo drive, but two important ports are the CN1A and CN1B port. Since the servo drive has three axes, it will use its CN1B port to attach to the CN1A port of a four axes servo drive of the MDS-CH-SP-[]. Then the CN1A port of the MDS-CH-V1-90 servo drive may attach to the CN1B port of either a one or two axis (axes servo drive of the MDS-CH-V2-[][] This allows it to connect in a system from one to four axes. At the end of the axis, the fourth axis may connect to a power supply from the MDS-CH-CV-[].

When connecting to a servo motor which may be applied, the MDS-CH-V1-90 servo drive’s CN2 port must link with the encoder of the servo motor that is delegated. To supply power to the servo motor, it must connect to the terminals U, V, W, and another terminal that is also the grounding terminal.
