Product Description
The Mitsubishi MDS-C1-CV-185 (MDSC1CV185) is an 18.5kW MDS series servo drive with a power supply module. The input voltage of the power supply module may range from 200 to 230VAC and current of 66A. The frequency for the output is 50/60Hz, but it may waver between -3% or +3% of the original frequency. The output voltage of the MDS-C1-CV-185 power supply module has a range that spans from 270 to 311VDC and a current 76A. The MDS-C1-CV-185 servo drives built-in power supply has a voltage that orbits between 200 to 230VAC, a frequency that is 50/60Hz and a current of 0.2A.There are three ports stationed upon the top of the MDS-C1-CV-185 power supply module, they are the CN4, CN9, CN23 port. The CN23 port can link to a terminal, using a cable, to permit the power supply module and all other modules, drives and motor, attached to it to stop quickly. The CN4 port can attach to its complementary CN4 port that is on the one of the applicable spindle drives, that are either from the MDS-C1-SP[] or MDS-B-SP[] series.
There are also many terminals on the MDS-C1-CV-185 power supply module. The following terminals, L+, L-, L11, and L21, can attach to the open terminals on the spindle drive it is connected to which can then link to the same type of open terminals on the servo drive. Then the L11 and L21 terminals can at some point ride over the wires that link to the circuit breaker, so that they may link to the fan of the spindle motor which is united with the spindle drive.
