Product Description

The Mitsubishi MDS-B-V2-3510 (MDSBV23510) is a MDS series servo drive with two output wattage's of 3.5kW and 1.0kW. The evaluated output relies on what group of motors this servo drive is producing for. There are two axes, the L-axis and M-axis. The applicable motors for the MDS-B-V2-3510 output servo drive are the HA103N, HA200N, HA203NL, and HA300NL solely for the L-axis; while for the M-axis, the appropriate motors are the HA53NL, HA80N, HA83N, and HA100NL.For both axes, the voltage will be 155V. The current is 16.0A for the L-axis and 6.8A for the M-axis in the MDS-B-V2-3510 servo drive. The maximal current which may be engendered is 57.0 (L-axis) or 28 (M-axis).

Because the MDS-B-V2-3510 output servo drive has two axes, it is able to apply itself to two servo motors. To attach the L-axis servo motor, the CN2L port on the servo drive must connect with the encoder on the L-axis servo motor. Then, to link to the power supply, the motor must link to the LU, LV, and LW terminals that are at the bottom of the face of the servo drive. The MDS-B-V2-3510 servo drive may also link to the appointed M-axis motor. This connection can be made by linking the CN2M port to the encoder of this motor. To link the power supply to the motor, the chosen M-axis will have to unite with the MU, MV, and MW terminals.

The MDS-B-V2-3510 servo drive may link with a MDS-B-V1-[] servo drive by linking its CN1A port to its CN1B port. It may also link to the MDS-B-SP-[] spindle drive by attaching its CN1B port to the spindle drives CN1A port.
