Product Description
The Mitsubishi MDS-C1-SP-260 (MDSC1SP260) is a MDS series spindle drive. The power supply for this spindle drive has a voltage of 200 to 230VAC, a frequency of 50/60Hz, and a complimentary current of 0.2A. The output of this spindle drive has a voltage of 155VAC and a current of 97.0A; the input has a voltage range of 270 to 311VDC and a current that is 115A.The MDS-C1-SP-260 spindle drive has eight ports. The CN1A port may have no connections (as shown in the manual with the abbreviation ‘NC’), but it is also able to attach with other servo drives that are from the MDS series (whether it be the MDS-B-V1/V2/V14/V24 or MDS-C1 series); those connections are accomplished by linking to the CN1A port of the following module. Next to that one is the CN1B port, and this port can connect to a battery module; it may also link to a terminator in order to cease a series of connections between servo drives. The MDS-C1-SP-260 spindle drive’s CN4 port is able to link with the CN4 port of a power supply modules CN4 port. These power supplies must be from the MDS-C1-CV or MDS-B-CVE series. To connect with the applicable spindle motor, the CN5 port of the MDS-C1-SP-260 spindle drive must attach with the encoder of spindle motor. The spindle motor may also concatenate with the spindle drive by attaching to the U, V, and W terminals that are at the bottom of the MDS-C1-SP-260 spindle drive. The other four ports on this are the CN9, CN6, CN7, and CN8 ports.
