Product Description
The Mitsubishi MDS-C1-CV-300 (MDSC1CV300) is a 30kW MDS series power supply module. The input and the power supply have the same voltage which is evaluated to range from 200 to 230VAC. Their frequencies are also identical, that is 50/60Hz, although the inputs frequency is permitted to waver between +3% and -3%. The input has a current that flows at 107A while the power supply of the MDS-C1-CV-300 power supply module has a current that emanates 0.2A. Power supply module's output has a voltage that spans from 270 to 311VDC and the current is 144A.There are three ports positioned in various places on the MDS-C1-CV-300 power supply module. The top port, the CN4, can link to the similar port on the spindle drive that is appurtenant with. Then, the CN23 port may be hooked to an extramural entity that permits the power supply module to cease in strenuous cases. The last port of the MDS-C1-CV-300 power supply module is the CN9 port.
Of the multiple terminals on the MDS-C1-CV-300 power supply module most connections are made to other modules or the fan of the spindle motor. The L+, L-, L11, and L21 terminals are able to link to the same open terminals on the spindle drive that is suitable for this power supply module, which may the link to the applicable servo drive. The L11 and L21 terminal may both link at the same point to the fan of the spindle motor after temporary interruption by other wires it passes which link with the circuit breaker.
