Product Description
The Mitsubishi FX2N-4DA (FX2N4DA) is a FX series output control module. The control module has a voltage output span from -10VDC to 10VDC and a current output of 0mA to 20mA. The FX2N-4DA FX series control module may be placed in a configuration as a special block to a programmable controller (such as a FX2N-48MR-ESUL) and other special blocks from the FX2N series.The FX2N-4DA output control module has 32 BFMs (buffer memory). BFMs #6 to #31 are allotted to a variety of locations like ‘reserved’ or ‘gain data’ and ‘offset data’. BFM #0 sets the ‘HOOOO’ and chooses the output mode while #5 also sets the ‘HOOOO’, but it also controls the ‘data holding’ method. BFMs #1 to #4 manage the output data for all four channels. The ‘HOOOO’ is the default setting of the FX2N-4DA but can be changed by switches that set the value of the BFM #0; the first ‘O’ refers to the fourth channel, etc. There are three output modes that can be set: ‘0’ has a voltage output range from -10V to 10V, ‘1’ has a current output that spans from the 4mA to 20mA, and ‘2’ has a current output arches over 0 to 20mA. As an example, if the output mode is set at ‘H0210’, channel 1 and 4 will have a voltage output -10V to V, channel 2 will have a current output of 4mA to 20mA, and channel 3 will have a current output of 0mA to 20mA.
