Product Description
The Johnson Controls MS-NCE2560-0 (MSNCE25600) is a Metasys MS series network controller with a MS-TP Bus. The power voltage of the controller is 24VAC and the frequency is the standard 50/60Hz. The power consumption is 25VA. The power coming from the incurrent in the MS-NCE2560-0 controller is 15VDC; this voltage operates at a current of 100mA. The flash memory is 128MB for any type of controller, be it the supervisory or field. The RAM is 1MB.There is a great list of ports in the MS-NCE2560-0 controller which are applicable to different networks. Most notably, there is the Ethernet port. There are also two types of RS-485 ports, one is the standard port, and the other is a SA BUS. Then, there is a LonWork port. The MS-NCE2560-0 controller also possesses the RS-232-C port. The last port has a USB port which is also another serial port.
The MS-NCE2560-0 controller has universal inputs, binary inputs, analog outputs, binary outputs, and configurable outputs. These are their abbreviations: UI, BI, AO, BO, and CO. There are ten UIs, eight BIs, four AOs, seven BOs, and four COs. The voltage of these are 0 to 10VDC for the UI, AO, and CO; and 24VAC for both the BO and CO. The current of the MS-NCE2560-0 controller is 4 to 20mA for both the AO and CO. The UI also has an additional characteristic of a resistance of 0 to 600 ohms. Then the UI and BI can both make contacts using its binary nature to facilitate it.
