Product Description
The Johnson Controls MS-NAE5510-2 (MSNAE55102) is a Metasys MS series network controller with N2 Bus. The power of the voltage is generally 24VAC, but it is able to operate between the voltage range of 20 and 30VAC while the complimentary frequency is the standard 50/60Hz. The power consumption of the MS-NAE5510-2 network controller is 50VA. The flash memory is 4GB and the SDRAM is 1GB.The port of the MS-NAE5510-2 network controller that permit this product to link with other systems are these: the Ethernet, RS-485, RS-232, and USB. The Ethernet port may link to the proper cable that has on the end of it this connector, the RJ-45, which is an eight pinned connector, whose baud rate is 10Mbps, and it can also be 100Mbps or even 1,000Mbps. The MS-NAE5510-2 network controller has six serial ports, two of which are the RS-485, two are the RS-232-C, and the last two are the USB. The RS-485 port has four different baud rates ranging from 9.6k to 76.8k. The RS-232-C port needs a suitable cable a connector that has nine pins. Then the USB ports on the MS-NAE5510-2 terminal controller must use connectors that are applicable to a USB.
The MS-NAE5510-2 network controller may be mounted to the wall in the facility it is being utilized in either by the either mounting with screw or by being placed upon a DIN rail. To place the MS-NAE5510-2 terminal controller on the DIN rail, one must first have the rail placed horizontally on the wall, and then this product may be slid onto it.
